Today is a day to mourn the fact that people , both soldiers and civilians, had to die, and to remember the cost of war….on both sides.

I hate doing self appraisals. I need to rate myself on my own performance, and support it wit comments. I can see the merit in doing it, so I can compare it with my manager’s review…but i HATE doing it.
