I just tried some maple syrup poured over labneh.

OH MY GOD

That was waaaay too good. It’s a good thing the labneh was mostly finished, that’s all I am saying, because I would have gone back for more, and yet more.

I get to go to Can Games this year on Saturday, since Helen is at work. Then after she is done work, I will pour her into the car, and tell her not to walk for the next 3 hours it takes to get to the cottage. Her feet will probably be killing her by that point. It’ll be nice taking a nice long, leisurely trip. We are going to try some reading, with Helen reading me some stories out of James Herriott. I can’t wait.
