Spirits you can generally keep for a long time after the bottle is opened, wine you generally want to finish quickly.
Where does sherry fall in that line of thought?
I opened a nice sherry yesterday, I just don’t know whether I need to be making a point of finishing it over the next few days, or whether it can happily sit around.
