I have a new “must do it sometime” activity. I have always wanted to parachute, seemed like a big sometime goal.

Insane? Yeah…probably.

On another note….what is “typical” for a real estate commision? I had an agent in today to get a broad ballpark estimate for our house, and selling strategies. He seemed nice, and well informed about the area, but I don’t know if his 5% commission is unusual, or pretty typical.
